Air conditioning:  Some of our accommodations include a/c through the window or the wall, self contained single unit.  Others referred to as "split system" are the compressor equipment is outside and the air handler fan is inside.

* Ocean view and "Suites" normally require a 5 night minimum stay

** Rates based on two per bedroom.  Extra person okay in vacation rentals, $0-$20/night additional charge depending on age.  

*** There are no cooking facilities for guest of the bed and breakfast - consume food or drink in common areas.
