My Husband and I had a wonderful stay here during our honeymoon! We stayed in the Maile Suite, and it was absolutely perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The entire staff was absolutely lovely and so welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! They even left us a box of chocolate as a honeymoon gift:) We highly recommend this B&B! Mahalo for a great stay!Read More
We had a wonderful time at our villa. I hate to call the accommodations a
"resort" because I feel that word has negative connotations. We loved the
personal attention Javed and Maddie gave to guests. This was our first
time in Kauai and found it to be the most beautiful place we have travelled.
We also fell in love with the laid back vibe. We hope to be back soon and
will seek out your Villa's once again. I posted a positive review on Trip
Advisor, but selfishly hope you don't become so popular we have trouble booking again!
We had a great stay in a one bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and hearing the birds singing in their beautiful gardens. The place was super clean and completely equipped with everything we needed. The bed and furnishings were very nice and well cared for. We love the location for walking down to the beach and even went down at night to enjoy the stars. Kauai is a wonderful island especially if you're an outdoorsy kinda person. Highly recommend this place.Read More
A friend and I rented the upper 2 bedroom ocean view. Highly recommend!! Reasonable rates, clean, spacious, peaceful, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. Beach equipment like towels and coolers in office. I would definitely stay here againRead More
Booked this accommodation for our stay on Kaua'i and both my friend and I were very impressed with the flat. There is a feel that you belong to the Poipu community which we probably wouldn't have had if we had stayed in a hotel. The location is perfect, literally 5 mins from the beach and Poipu is a great base to visit Kaua'i. The bedroom, bathroom and lounge area are very big, well maintained and spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the mod-cons. Everything was perfect, I can't speak highly enough of this place. The owner and Javed are great help and made us feel very welcome and provided lots of very useful information, from the local restaurants to the best hikes/beaches/turtle spots, activities, etc. All in all a great experience. Can't wait to go back...Read More

We loved staying at the Poipu Plantation bnb! Here are some of the positives: super super helpful host; super easy 5 min walk to beach; parking right in front; breakfast was fresh fruit & a variety of other items served in a restaurant style; the furniture & decor is old style wood Hawaiian & very well taken care of & gorgeous; our suite was large (2nd biggest one) & the largest suite was AMAZING! There was Internet too which is helpful looking things up. The bad?? Umm, I searched trying to find something- seriously the only thing I could find was a lampshade had a seam coming apart & the big beautiful wood amour needed some anti squeak. For this bnb being where it is, what it offers, clean, & great service - STAY HERE!!Read More
Spacious rooms, certainly has the resort/plantation vibe. View of the ocean from our second floor balcony. Two ceiling fans and lots of screened windows and doors take advantage of the trade winds and there is AC as a backup when the trade winds aren't coming in. Friendly staff available until noon in the office, which also has sunscreen, beach towels, beach chairs, floatation noodles, lots of brochures, books (beach reads, guide books, etc). Old school friendly charm. You can walk to poipu beach in 9 minutes, but there are limited sidewalks. There are soap, shampoo, tissues, dish soap, sponge, pots and pans, plates, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker. The parking lot seems to fill up so if you get in late it can be a bit of a squeeze. Some towels seem well used with some stains that didn't come out in the wash. There are also washing machines for 1.50 a load using quarters.Read More
Javed and Maddy are terrific hosts. Great location, just a quick walk to Poipu beach. We stayed in the "Orchid" room and it was cozy and clean. Massive bonus points for the mango tree outside our door that delivered a delicious breakfast every morning. Would return here in a heartbeat!
